Sales – Easy, Simple, No Effort Subject

 

Hi, everyone. I’m going to talk to you about an exciting subject, sales. Simple subject. We’ve been trained on that subject from the day we’ve been born. We close mommy to give us milk, we’ve been closing since. But some are people think that they are not sales people, or they are not good at sales, and those people that think that they are wonderful sales people, they probably are. But there’s a few things that they can learn.

 

So, this is something that called a sale process. Sales process have number of steps. Six steps, to be accurate. Okay, one, two, three, four, five, six. This is the, this is a, the close, this is where you close. Yes, it’s not the last step. This is where you close. Now, when you have a problem with a close, people try to fix the close. But the problem is always before. This is a thing that you need to know. When you have a problem, the source of the problem is always before.

 

The source of the problem is always before. So the source of the problem is somewhere here. What is the problem is you did not complete one of those steps. Simple. You did not complete one of those steps, so you have a problem here. How will you know if you completed a step? How will you know if you completed a step?

 

How will you know if you arrive to ? You need to know where is , how it looks, and that you are there, you will know, oh, yeah, I’m there. Well, good, so, step one, what is it? And what is the result, once it’s been completed? If you cannot name it, you cannot actually close. And if you do close, it’s a Russian roulette, it’s by mistake.

 

Each step, it’s a very exact step with a very exact end phenomena. You need to get to a very, very, very exact phenomena, that happen at the client. If you don’t know what is it, you cannot know if you are at one, or two, or three. You don’t know you completed step one, so what do you do? You do step one for ten minutes, or until you feel like it, and I don’t trust feeling. I don’t. I trust fact.

 

So if you don’t want to play Russian roulette with your closing, you need to learn the sales process. But more important, the end phenomena. So you can recognize that you completed a step, and then you can go to step number two. A sales process on a simple product can take minutes. A sales process on a more complex product, more expensive product can take days, weeks, or months.

 

You need to know where you are in the sales process and you need to know when you arrive to the end phenomena of a step, and promptly go to step two. Or to the next step. If you will go up from step one to step two before you arrive to the end phenomena, or you waited too long after you arrive to the end phenomena, you will fail, and I can guarantee that. There’s no question about it.
